This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed through Chilekotha Ecommerce. By placing an order, customers agree to the following conditions.
Customers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:
Wrong product delivered (different item than ordered)
Product received in damaged or defective condition
Manufacturing fault or quality issue
Change of mind after purchase
Wrong size, color, or variation selected by customer
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
Cosmetic and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons) unless damaged/defective
Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
Customer must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue before approval.
Approved refunds will be processed via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer.
Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Chilekotha’s error.
Customers may choose replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability).
Replacement will be delivered after the returned item is received and verified.
