📦 Chilekotha Ecommerce – Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all orders placed through Chilekotha Ecommerce. By placing an order, customers agree to the following conditions.


✅ Eligible for Return/Refund

Customers may request a return or refund under the following circumstances:

  • Wrong product delivered (different item than ordered)

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition

  • Manufacturing fault or quality issue


🚫 Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Wrong size, color, or variation selected by customer

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

  • Cosmetic and personal care items (due to hygiene reasons) unless damaged/defective


🔄 Return Conditions

  • Request must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

  • Customer must provide clear photo/video proof of the issue before approval.


💳 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer.

  • Refund processing may take 5–7 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to Chilekotha’s error.


🚚 Replacement Option

  • Customers may choose replacement instead of refund (subject to stock availability).

  • Replacement will be delivered after the returned item is received and verified.
