❌ Chilekotha Ecommerce – Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through Chilekotha Ecommerce. By placing an order, customers agree to the following conditions.


✅ Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers may cancel an order before shipment by contacting Chilekotha support.

  • Cancellation requests must include Order ID / Invoice Number and customer details.

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.


🚫 Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Custom, pre-order, or special request items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

  • Discounted or promotional items are non-cancellable after purchase.


🔄 Order Cancellation by Chilekotha Ecommerce

An order may be cancelled by Chilekotha Ecommerce if:

  • The product is out of stock or discontinued

  • Payment verification fails

  • Delivery address or customer information is incomplete or invalid

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and if payment was made in advance, a full refund will be issued.


💳 Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If cancellation is approved before shipment, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer.

  • Delivery charges (if already incurred) are non-refundable.
