This Cancellation Policy applies to all orders placed through Chilekotha Ecommerce. By placing an order, customers agree to the following conditions.
Customers may cancel an order before shipment by contacting Chilekotha support.
Cancellation requests must include Order ID / Invoice Number and customer details.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
Custom, pre-order, or special request items cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
Discounted or promotional items are non-cancellable after purchase.
An order may be cancelled by Chilekotha Ecommerce if:
The product is out of stock or discontinued
Payment verification fails
Delivery address or customer information is incomplete or invalid
Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and if payment was made in advance, a full refund will be issued.
If cancellation is approved before shipment, any prepaid amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days via bKash/Nagad/Bank Transfer.
Delivery charges (if already incurred) are non-refundable.
